Purchasing AP Processor

Kohl Wholesale is looking to hire a Purchasing Accounts Payable Processor. This position reconciles manufacturer invoices, secures executive approval on invoices, and forwards invoices to accounting. This position also tracks freight invoices and vendor carrier reports, as well as assisting the director of purchasing and support team manager with duties as requested, and backup personnel within the department.

HOURS: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday
Saturdays as requested

REQUIREMENTS:
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business is helpful.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Office experience helpful.
• Must be proficient in various desktop applications (e.g. Excel, MS Word).

BENEFITS:

WAGE RANGE: $16.75-$19.62 PER HOUR
