We are experiencing tremendous growth and are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for one of our communities in La Quinta, CA.

PORTER DUTIES:

• Daily upkeep of common areas – interior and exterior – including:
• Parking areas
• BBQ/Recreational areas
• Waste/Rubbish locations
• General/Basic landscaping
• Assist the maintenance team with vacancy turnover
• Provide the final cleaning of our homes before the new resident moving in
• If needed, support the maintenance team with basic work orders
• Resident Relations:
• Help with delivering notices/letters/ to residents
• Work closely with the manager to ensure resident satisfaction

PORTER REQUIREMENTS:

• Flexible – help where and when needed
• General knowledge (beginning/intermediate) of basic cleaning tools and equipment, including a power washer
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to remain calm in a difficult situation
