Vision Life provides in-home care support for individuals with disabilities who choose to continue working toward their care goals in a residential home setting.

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Direct Support Professional to support a client in Pasadena. This role involves 24-hour care coverage, 7 days a week, with a priority need for the 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM PST shift. Candidates with flexible availability are strongly encouraged to apply.

Schedule

Priority shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM PST
24-hour coverage environment (7 days a week)
Additional shifts available based on availability
Consistent scheduling preferred

What We’re Looking For

Dependable, punctual, and respectful
Comfortable working in a residential home setting
Able to follow routines and care plans
Quick learner with strong communication skills
DSP or caregiving experience preferred
Reliable transportation and consistent availability

Responsibilities

Provide direct support in a residential in-home setting
Assist with daily routines and activities
Provide supervision and companionship
Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
Complete required documentation and follow agency guidelines
