You became a BCBA to change lives—let’s make that change where it matters most.
At Thrive Therapies, we place BCBAs like you in K–12 schools across historically under-resourced communities, because we believe every student deserves expert, compassionate behavioral support. Why BCBAs Love Working with Us:

- Competitive 1099 options
- Referral & performance bonus eligibility
- Flexibility and autonomy with PRN scheduling
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from an accredited institution
- Active BCBA certification (and ability to obtain TN license within the first year of hire)
- Successful background check before employment begins
- At least 1+ years of experience, with bonus points for school-based work (K–12)
- Passion for culturally responsive care and educational equity
Compensation:

We work shoulder-to-shoulder with our BCBAs and school partners to make sure you’re supported, respected, and never alone.
