We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented New Car Sales Assistant to team up with one of the top sales consultants in Metro Detroit. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the sales consultant in a variety of duties. The ideal candidate for this position will posess a positive and energetic attitude, an outgoing personality, and a great work ethic.

***THIS ROLE IS A STEPPING STONE TO A SALES CONSULTANT***

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, creating a positive first impression
- Showcase and demonstrate new vehicles to highlight features and benefits
- Guide customers through some parts of the sales process with direction
- Conduct test drives and provide detailed information about vehicle
- Call customers to follow up and to schedule or confirm appointments
- Pair customer's mobile phone, set up Onstar, and set up radio station favorites
- Explain CSI to customers to ensure they understand the importance of completing surveys
- Complete necessary paperwork accurately
- Fuel up sold vehicles before the customer takes delivery
- Various other duties as necessary
