NIGHT SHIFT 3x12 7p-7a BHHAR-HAR 4TH FLOOR---26 bed unit with all private rooms. Nurse to patient ration is 4-5:1. All patients are telemetry with a heart monitor. Have critical drips and is a step-down unit from ICU. Patients range from GI bleed to COVID or respiratory distress. weekend and holiday rotation
