Job Summary: Perform a variety of functions related to the operation of an SMT production line, including stencil print, SMT equipment setup and teardown, reflow, and inline inspection. Demonstrate professionalism, leadership, and initiative in your daily activities, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written. Job Responsibility:
Job Summary: Perform a variety of functions related to the operation of an SMT production line, including stencil print, SMT equipment setup and teardown, reflow, and inline inspection. Demonstrate professionalism, leadership, and initiative in your daily activities, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written. Job Responsibility:
- Moderately complex surface mount manufacturing processes utilizing both automated equipment and hand assembly.
- Install, assemble, and inspect electronic components during product assembly according to documented work instructions.
- Interpreting Job Routers, written instructions, and drawings.
- Performing a variety of inspections to ensure assemblies meet standards.
- Performing pass downs with outgoing/incoming shifts.
- Train and work with diverse groups.
- Perform visual inspections of SMT assemblies, feeder loading, and setup with kits.
- PCBA and/or SMT experience.
- Must be able to read and follow assembly instructions and schematic drawings for assembly of electronics units at the circuit card and product level.
- Should be familiar with Stencil Print, Pick-and-Place, Inspection, and Reflow.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Knowledge of IPC and J-STD requirements.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet customer needs.
- Maintain a clean work environment and follow all company policies and practices regarding safety and material handling.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Work experience 2+ years preferred.
- Knowledge of Electronics Manufacturing Services environment.
- Proficient computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.
