NeuLife Rehabilitation of Michigan provides rehabilitation and residential services for individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Spinal Cord Injuries, and Neurological Disorders.

Summary: The Board Certified Behavior Analyst provides oversight of behavioral therapies across the company, and works alongside the management team to develop new programs and expand current programs.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments on persons served residing within the program.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive behavioral approaches and behavioral plans for persons served.
  • Provide training to the management team, direct care staff, etc., as needed, on the implementation and documentation of behavioral plans.
  • Provide behavioral services representation at person-served team meetings.
  • Monitors behavior plan goals and submits progress reports on behavior therapy to the billing department.
  • Attend appointments as needed and communicate with the person served team.
  • Provides after-hours on-call services if needed for persons served having behavioral issues.
  • Meet the weekly expectation of 28 billable client-facing hours.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Behavioral Analysis, or related field
  • Board Certification as BCBA in the State of Michigan (or willing to obtain Michigan License upon hire)
  • Two to five years' experience in working with developmentally disabled or catastrophically injured individuals, including traumatic brain injury
  • Attention to detail and have the ability to prioritize independently
  • The ability to multi-task and in a busy office environment
  • Proficient customer service skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist clients with mobility and care needs.
  • Ability to travel between multiple locations as required
