Primary Care Physician

• Board Certification: American Board Certified or Board Eligible preferred but not required. Will consider ACN Providers.

• Willing to accept J1 or H1 visa candidates?: No

• Compensation: Base Salary of $235,000 - $260,000 based on experience + annual bonus of 16.67% of salary. Total Compensation range is $274,000 - $303,000 annually.

• Benefits Offered: Paid malpractice with Tail, Life insurance, relocation assistance, Health savings account, Medical, 9 Holiday days per year, PTO (18-37 days annually) 401k and 5 CME days and allowance of $2000/year.
