Daily Responsibilities

• Service residential accounts for common pests including ants, spiders, rodents, and seasonal insects
• Conduct property inspections and identify pest activity and entry points
• Apply treatments safely and according to Oregon regulations
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and explain prevention strategies
• Track services, notes, and routes using a mobile app
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and safety equipment
• Look for opportunities to expand services while on-site to increase earning potential

Ideal Candidate

• Friendly, dependable, and professional with customers
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Valid drivers license with clean driving history
• Willingness to learn technical skills and certifications
• Prior pest control experience helpful, but not required
