Job Description
Position: Hardware Installer
Company: Calmax Technology, Inc.
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Schedule: Day Shift 8 hours (7:00 AM 3:30 PM)
We have an opening for a Hardware Installer to join our day shift in Santa Clara, CA.
About the Role: This position is for a Hardware Installer in a manufacturing setting. This individual installs pins, helicoils, dowel pins and inserts into parts per blueprint requirement prior to parts being sent to outside process, transferred into inventory, and/or shipped to end customer.
Hardware Installer Responsibilities:
- Installs hardware into parts as designated by customer drawings
- Documents completion of installation
- Keeps worksite in organized and clean state
- Attends mandatory training sessions on new products, installation methodology and safety
- Adheres to Copy Exact! and POR practices
Qualifications:
High school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent
One or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of experience, training, and education
Ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, and crouch for long periods of time
Pay:
Competitive pay based on experience
Frequent Overtime opportunities (OT rate = Hourly Pay X 1.5)
