Location: Denver, CO

Compensation: $90,000–$130,000 base salary (based on experience and market norms in Denver)

Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead and optimize day-to-day operational functions and contribute to strategic planning. This role is ideal for a leader with strong organizational skills, process-oriented thinking, and a track record of driving operational excellence across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations while implementing scalable processes and efficiencies
• Lead and mentor operational staff, ensuring clarity of roles, KPIs, and accountability
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute operational strategy aligned with company goals
• Monitor and report on key operational metrics, performance indicators, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage resource planning including staff scheduling, vendor partnerships, and departmental coordination
• Establish and enforce operational policies, standards, and procedures
• Troubleshoot operational issues and partner with teams to deliver timely solutions
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control efforts
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations or related leadership role
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex operational workflows
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in project tracking and KPI reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Experience with process automation, ERP systems, or operations technologies preferred
