Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

A growing manufacturing team in Worcester is hiring 7 Assemblers to support production of headsets, sub-assemblies, and small electromechanical components. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work and have strong attention to detail—especially those comfortable working with small, delicate parts.
What You’ll Do:Assemble and test electromechanical components using hand tools and equipment
Follow blueprints, patterns, and written work instructions
Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process
Troubleshoot basic issues and complete rework/repairs as needed
Escalate problems to the production supervisor when necessary
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Support additional production tasks as assigned
Strong hand dexterity and ability to work with small/delicate components
Detail-oriented, consistent, and quality-focused
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Assembly experience preferred (soldering experience is a plus, but not required)
Ability to communicate effectively in English (work instructions/blueprints are in English)
Must be able to work the required department hours (no schedule flexibility)
No formal education required
0–1 year of manufacturing/assembly experience preferred
Seeking candidates with a strong work history demonstrating longevity in their prior roles.
Prolonged sitting at a workbench
Repetitive assembly motions
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
Visual acuity to inspect parts and completed assemblies
Manufacturing setting with some areas not climate controlled
Possible exposure to heat, dust, and minor inconveniences
Movement between workstations throughout the shift
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Must pass a background check and drug screen (THC is acceptable)
Background check must be completed and cleared prior to starting
