Job Description
NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION. Will need to be onsite from day 1, two days a week (Mondays and Tuesdays required)
The role partners closely with security, audit, engineering, and business stakeholders to design and implement scalable solutions that streamline compliance workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve system reliability.
Administer and enhance an enterprise GRC platform, including configuration, development, and troubleshooting.
Design and implement automated workflows supporting security and compliance processes such as evidence collection, control assessments, and approvals.
Develop and maintain Python-based automation scripts and REST API integrations for data import, export, and synchronization.
Integrate structured data sources (JSON, CSV) and external systems to support reporting and continuous monitoring.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate compliance and risk requirements into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot application and integration issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolutions.
Maintain technical documentation, source control repositories, and development artifacts.
Support testing, implementation, and release activities within an Agile development environment.
Coordinate with third-party vendors regarding platform support, upgrades, and issue resolution.
Requirements
Python programming experience (2–3+ years)
Experience developing automation scripts and RESTful API integrations (1–2+ years)
Experience working in Agile development environments (1–2+ years)
Knowledge of risk management and compliance concepts (1–2+ years)
Experience with database design and data modeling (2–3+ years)
Working knowledge of DevOps practices
Basic programming experience in Java or C#
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with any Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform
Exposure to regulatory or security frameworks (e.g., CJIS, IRS 1075, PCI, or similar)
Experience with automated testing practices
Familiarity with integrating vulnerability, asset, or audit data into centralized platforms
