We are HIRING OTR CDL DRIVERS
Reefer • Consistent Miles • Flexible Home Time
We are based in Rogers, Arkansas, and we primarily run in AR, OK, MO, KS, IL, OH, PA, MD, VA, NC, SC, GA, TN, MS, KY, AL, LA, and TX. Pay starts at 0.70 CPM for Reefer and increases to 0.80 CPM after 3 months Home time is 3 weeks out with 4 days home or 4 weeks out with 1 week home.


  Pay & Miles

• Start at $0.70 CPM (Reefer)
  • Increase to $0.80 CPM after 3 months based on performance
• $1,920 – $2,500 per week
• 2,400 – 3,200 miles per week
• Steady freight, no sitting around

  Home Time

• 3 weeks on the road = 4 days off
• 4 weeks on the road = 1 week off
• NO New York or California
• Snow lanes avoided whenever possible ??

  Equipment

• 2019 & newer Freightliners
• Fully loaded with:

  • Refrigerator
  • Inverter

  • GPS
