CNC Supervisor
Thomasville, GA | $23.00 - $25.00 / Hour
We are looking for a CNC Supervisor to oversee daily CNC production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. This role is responsible for coordinating production teams, assigning workloads, programming and setting up CNC machines, and monitoring output to meet customer and operational requirements. The CNC Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining production flow, equipment performance, and compliance with company and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation of teams
- Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel
- Place production orders from customers
- Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions
- Program machine by entering instructions, including zero and reference points
- Sets-up tooling and attachments such as collets and tool holders
- Verify settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample workpieces
- Maintain specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting
- Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
- Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements
- Maintain continuity between job orders by documenting and communicating actions
- Document actions by completing production and quality logs
Requirements
- Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fields
- Knowledge of production tools and equipment
- Experience with CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and Mazak machines
- Great computer and technical skills
- Good attention to detail
- Strong team player and communication skills
- Must be self-motivated
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Position will require flexibility to work overtime as needed including weekend
- Ability to work in non-climate controlled environment
- Willing to undergo criminal background check
- Clean drug scree
- Minimum age 18 years+
- High School Diploma / GED
Location: Thomasville, Georgia
Pay Rate: $23.00 - $25.00 / Hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00AM – 3:00PM
