MACHINE & PROCESS TECHNICIAN

We are seeking a Skilled Technician to support PCBA production in our new manufacturing facility in Cumming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and optimize PCBA production lines, including screen printing, SPI, pick-and-place, AOI, reflow, wave, selective soldering, laser marking, and depaneling equipment
• Analyze production data to improve process parameters and reduce defects and false calls
• Support new product qualification and production ramp-up
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production flow
• Perform scheduled minor preventive maintenance and coordinate external service support
• Ensure production quality meets IPC-610, J-STD-001, internal, and customer quality standards
• Collaborate with QA/QC to address process-related quality issues
• Ensure compliance with ESD and MSL requirements
• Assist in production activities as needed based on workload
• Provide customer and cross-functional support as required

Qualifications:

• Diploma or technical certification in Electronics, Mechatronics, or equivalent hands-on experience
• 4+ years of experience in electronic manufacturing with similar production equipment (training provided for unfamiliar machines)
• Ability to read assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills for machine operation and reporting
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Proficient in English; able to communicate with international teams
