Shifts: 6:30am–2:30pm & 2:30pm–11:00pm

Job Summary
We are hiring an Automatic Press Operator to set up, operate, and monitor automated metal stamping production lines. This role requires hands-on experience with press setup, die changeovers, and quality checks to ensure safe and efficient production. This is a temp-to-hire position.

Key Responsibilities
• Set up, change over, and operate automated press lines
• Program and adjust press, feed line, and die parameters
• Perform quality checks and inspect finished parts
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and production defects
• Complete production reports and documentation accurately
• Coordinate die repairs and maintain die racks and tooling
• Follow safety, quality, and standard work procedures
• Support continuous improvement and scrap reduction efforts

Must Haves
• 2–5 years of experience operating automated or metal stamping equipment
• Die setup and changeover experience
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read work instructions and production schedules
• Experience documenting production data
• Familiarity with material handling equipment

Preferred
• Metal stamping or die repair experience
• Lean manufacturing or Kaizen experience
• Leadership or mentoring experience
