Production Racker

We are seeking a detail-oriented Racker Helper to support our anodizing and painting operations. This role involves clipping and securing parts onto aluminum pins and/or bolts to prepare them for the anodizing process.

Qualifications/Responsibilities:

• Strong dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Excellent attention to detail
• Similar skill sets to detailed painting
• Ability to handle small parts carefully and consistently
• Clip parts onto racks, pins, or bolts for anodizing/plating
• Ensure parts are properly secured and positioned
• Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Experience carefully handling and packaging parts to prevent dings or damage
• Similar skill sets to those used by cooks/chefs, assembly workers, drilling/tapping, fastener plant, or other hands-on production roles
