Title: MIG Welder
Type of Placement: Temp-Perm
Available Shifts:
- 1st shift 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday
- 2nd shift 3:30pm-2:00am Monday-Thursday
Pay/Pay Range: $20.00-$25.00hourly

Summary:
Seeking skilled and reliable MIG Welder to join team. The MIG Welder will be responsible for welding components using Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) techniques while ensuring quality, safety, and productivity standards are met.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Perform MIG welding on steel and aluminum
- Set up welding equipment and adjust settings
- Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and quality
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Work independently or as part of a team to meet production deadlines
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Proven experience as a MIG Welder
- Knowledge of welding tools, techniques, and safety practices
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods of time
Environmental Conditions:
Work is performed in a metal fabrication shop with exposure to heat, sparks, fumes, and loud noise; requires standing for long periods, wearing protective gear, and following strict safety protocols.
Physical Capabilities:
Requires standing for long periods, lifting and moving metal parts, using hands and arms for welding and grinding, and bending, reaching, or crouching as needed to complete fabrication tasks safely.
