Job Title: CNC Operator (2nd Shift)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:30PM to 12:05AM
Pay: $19.00 to $32.00 (DOE)

Join a fast?paced aerospace manufacturing team where you’ll run CNC mills, keep production moving, and build parts that matter. If you’re early in your CNC career (or growing into multi?axis work), this is a strong opportunity to get consistent hours, hands?on machining time, and support from a team that values safety and quality.
What you’ll do- Run 3?axis and 5?axis CNC milling machines (may operate more than one machine as production requires)
- Load raw material and unload finished machined parts to maintain steady output
- Monitor cycles to keep machines running smoothly and safely
- Verify setups using job travelers and internal documentation
- Check tools and tool life; change inserts/cutters when needed
- Perform basic inspection using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
- Deburr / break edges to ensure parts are safe and ready for downstream operations
- Support quality requirements aligned with AS9100
- Move materials using forklift and/or overhead crane (experience preferred; training may be available)
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace (6S)
- Record production activity accurately in the ERP system
- Help with basic machine upkeep (coolant checks, filters, chip removal)
- Flag issues and bring improvement ideas to the team
You’re a good fit if you have:
- Some CNC experience (entry?level to junior is OK)
- Comfort reading basic manufacturing documentation / travelers
- Experience using hand measuring tools (calipers, micrometers)
- Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality
- A dependable, team?first attitude and flexibility in a production environment
Nice to have (not required):
- Aerospace machining experience
- Forklift and/or overhead crane experience
- Stand for extended periods
- Lift up to 25 lbs
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing setting
