Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑visibility, enterprise‑level initiatives that enhance technology capabilities, improve cross‑functional workflows, and support strategic business outcomes.

This role requires a highly motivated leader skilled in Agile, Hybrid, and traditional project management methodologies who can guide diverse teams, partner with stakeholders, and ensure delivery of meaningful business value. The ideal candidate excels in balancing structure with adaptability, translating business needs into actionable project plans, and fostering an environment of continuous improvement and accountability.

The Project Manager will oversee multiple concurrent projects that may span various business functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, stakeholder expectations, and quality standards—while reflecting our unwavering commitment to exceptional member service.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage large, complex enterprise‑level projects using Agile or Hybrid delivery models
  • Guide Agile or Hybrid project teams by planning, organizing, and executing project objectives using Scrum, Kanban, and other applicable frameworks
  • Partner with Product Owners to maximize product value and maintain well‑prioritized backlogs
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and Agile artifacts to support transparency and adaptability
  • Ensure on‑time delivery of project milestones through effective use of Agile ceremonies, facilitation techniques, and performance metrics
  • Provide clear visibility into project status, risks, and performance through advanced reporting practices
  • Support and coach project teams by fostering accountability, collaboration, and an empirical approach to complex work
  • Proactively identify, manage, and resolve impediments, risks, conflicts, and dependencies
  • Maintain continuous, effective communication with stakeholders regarding progress, milestones, risks, and decision points
  • Review and approve testing strategies, plans, and outcomes, incorporating Agile testing principles and automation where possible
  • Manage and follow enterprise change control procedures
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross‑functional teams to improve organizational capacity for project work
  • Represent the organization at community events, conferences, and team‑building engagements
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to support innovation and competitive advantage
  • Perform additional project‑related duties as assigned to support evolving business needs

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP certification and/or experience managing enterprise‑level IT or business transformation projects
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
  • Experience working within Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall environments
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑management abilities
  • Ability to influence without authority and manage up to senior leaders
  • Experience using project management and Agile tools such as Jira and Microsoft Office 365
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and advanced organizational capabilities
  • Demonstrated commitment to exceptional service delivery and team collaboration
  • Flexibility to support project implementations, including after‑hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Ability and willingness to travel as necessary

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 5–7 years of experience managing large‑scale, mission‑critical, or Agile projects
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
