Junior Engineer

Junior Engineer you are the pulse of the production floor. You will ensure equipment integrity, optimize manufacturing "recipes," and lead troubleshooting efforts to minimize downtime. This is a high-growth role perfect for a technical mind looking to master advanced manufacturing technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Integrity: Supervise process flow, output, and rework ratios to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Optimization: Evaluate quality data to adjust machine parameters and "recipes" for maximum efficiency.
• Troubleshooting: Perform quick diagnosis of routine issues and establish preventative measures to stop recurring problems.
• Continuous Improvement: Implement equipment upgrades, test new materials, and introduce process technologies to improve yield.
• Mentorship: Train team members using "Buddy" and "Certifier" levels and keep training manuals updated.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce all legal requirements to minimize environmental pollution and workplace accidents.

What You Bring

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanics, or Physics (or equivalent work experience).

Technical Skill: Proficient in Microsoft Office and data tracking; experience in on-site process control is a major plus.
