• 2 years of acute care experience strongly preferred

• Case Management, Managed Care.
\n
• In Patient Case Management is required
\n
• Must have exp. with Sub- acute pts.
\n

• BSN required
\n
• RN license required
\n
• CCMC preferred
\n
