Associate Attorney – Labor & Employment (Dallas, TX)
Our Dallas law firm clients are regularly hiring management-side Labor & Employment Associates to support expanding management-side practices.
What You’ll HandleEmployment litigation in state and federal court
Drafting and reviewing employment policies, handbooks, and agreements
Advising employers on compliance, investigations, and workplace issues
Defending wage & hour, discrimination, and retaliation claims
Assisting with arbitrations and agency matters
2–7 years of labor & employment experience
Management-side experience preferred
Strong writing, counseling, and client-facing skills
Texas bar admission required or preferred
Consistent workflow and long-term demand
Mix of litigation and advisory work
Client interaction early in your career
Reasonable expectations compared to many litigation practices
Location: Dallas, TX
Practice Areas: Labor & Employment / Employment Litigation
Base Salary Range: $130,000 – $190,000, depending on experience and firm structure.
