What You’ll Do
- Carry out envelope manufacturing operations according to production schedules
- Read job instructions and set up diecutting equipment for efficient, highquality output
- Train on multiple diecutting machines—including straightknife systems—with focus on precision
- Complete daily production logs, reporting, and paperwork
- Maintain reliable, consistent attendance
Qualifications
- Basic math skills; ability to read rulers and micrometers
- Professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Clear verbal and written communication skills; strong teamwork mindset
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Ability to perform basic measurements and mathematical conversions
- Mechanical aptitude with interest in maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting
- Strong attention to detail; wellorganized; able to handle multiple tasks
- Dependable, customerfocused, able to perform under deadlines with accuracy
- Commitment to safety and maintaining a clean, organized work environment
Working Conditions
- Lift 25 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Stand or sit for extended periods; bending, kneeling, and stooping required
- Warehouse/manufacturing environment with temperature fluctuations
- Occasional overtime
- Work with equipment such as forklifts, die cutters, pallet jacks, and more
- SafetySensitive Position: Will follow all state protocols
