Histology Associate

R&D Partners is seeking to hire a Histology Associate (RTD 2nd shift) in Tucson, AZ.

Your main responsibilities as a Histology Associate (RTD 2nd shift):

·      Demonstrates foundational histotechniques of embedding, microtomy, coverslipping, processing and primary staining.

·      Operates laboratory or manufacturing equipment.

·      Receives detailed directions on all work. Follows standard operating procedures.

·      Monitors and prepares bulk reagents.

·      May assist in preparation work for moderately complex techniques under the direction of more senior histology technicians.

What we are looking for in a Histology Associate (RTD 2nd shift):

·      Required: H.S. Diploma or GED

·      1 year Directly related histology experience

·      1 year experience with foundational histotechniques of embedding, microtomy, coverslipping, processing and primary staining.

·       1 yeaExperience with operating laboratory or manufacturing equipment.

·      Ability to read, analyze and follow Operating Procedures.
