An exciting opportunity is available for a dedicated paraprofessional to support K-12 students in a dynamic school environment located in El Monte, CA. This position is offered on a contract basis for the 2025/2026 school year and requires full onboarding prior to the start date. The role demands on-site presence with immediate availability, making it ideal for candidates ready to engage with students and staff promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional support to teachers by assisting students with classroom activities.
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment tailored to diverse student needs.
• Support individual or small groups of students in developing academic and social skills.
• Assist with classroom management and implementation of lesson plans.
• Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with teachers and staff.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or similar educational support role is preferred.

• Must be fully onboarded before the start of the assignment.
• Availability to work on site daily throughout the contract duration.
