The Inside Sales Rep will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and closing sales deals, exceeding sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Previous experience in bedding industry is highly desired.

As a Sales Rep, Here's What You'll Do:
  • Identify and research potential customers to generate new business leads.
  • Utilize methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media to generate leads.
  • Maintain a detailed and updated database of leads and prospects in the CRM system.
  • Make outbound sales calls to introduce products/services to prospective clients.
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and follow up on leads.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Conduct virtual presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Tailor presentations to address specific customer needs and pain points.
  • Prepare and send quotes to customers.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales deals.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business.
  • Process orders accurately and ensure they are entered into the system correctly.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues or concerns.
  • Regularly update customers on new products, services, and promotions.
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales or telemarketing role.
  • A proven track record of setting and achieving goals. Must be self-driven and highly motivated.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Work with a sense of urgency to meet customer needs.
  • Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
