Pediatric Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) In-Home Care

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Pediatric Private Duty Nurse (RN or LPN) to provide one-on-one in-home care for a 4-year-old child with cerebral palsy. This role is ideal for a nurse who is patient, attentive, and experienced in complex pediatric care.

Client Overview:

• Pediatric patient with cerebral palsy
  
  
• Nonverbal and non-ambulatory
  
• 100% G-tube dependent for nutrition and medications
  
• History of seizures
  
• Requires skilled, attentive nursing care and developmental support
  
• Home includes two cats (one is the childs support pet)
  
  

Shifts Available: 4-, 8-, and 12-hour shifts (Morning & Evening options)
Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, skilled pediatric nursing care in the home
  
  
• Administer G-tube feedings and medications
  
  
• Monitor for and respond to seizure activity
  
  
• Support daily routines and comfort needs
  
  
• Communicate effectively with family and care team
  
  
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
  
  

Requirements:

• Active RN or LPN license in South Carolina
  
  
  
• Pediatric nursing experience required
  
  
  
• Hands-on experience with G-tubes (required)
  
  
• Experience with seizure disorders preferred
  
  
• Reliable, compassionate, and detail-oriented
  
  
• Comfortable working in a home with cats
