Job Title: Public Finance Associate

Location: San Francisco, CA
Work Model: On-site, 5 days per week
Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $205,000-$230,000/year

The Role

We are hiring a junior associate to join a public finance practice based in San Francisco. This is a fully in-office role intended for attorneys early in their career who want training, structure, and long-term development.

You do not need prior public finance experience. A corporate or transactional background is acceptable.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting public finance transactions
Drafting and reviewing transactional documents
Working closely with senior attorneys in a structured environment
Learning a specialized practice area with long-term demand

This Role Is a Good Fit If You:

Are comfortable working on-site in San Francisco five days per week
Have a transactional or corporate foundation
Want hands-on training and clear expectations
Are early in your legal career and want to build depth

This Role Is Not a Fit If You:

Require remote or hybrid work
Are primarily a litigator
Want minimal supervision early on
