From Raleigh to the coast, homeowners, builders, and designers count on us for expert fabrication and professional installation tailored to every project. 

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Countertop Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping clients select the perfect countertop solutions for their homes and projects. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with homeowners, builders, and designers
  • Guide clients through the selection process for countertop materials, finishes, and designs
  • Prepare and present accurate estimates, proposals, and contracts 
  • Collaborate with fabrication and installation teams to ensure projects are completed to client satisfaction 
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a strong focus on customer service
  • Stay informed on industry trends, new materials, and design options 

Qualifications: 

  • Proven sales experience (2+ years), preferably in countertops, construction, or home design industries 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships 
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings is a plus 
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, or other sales tracking tools
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
