Warehouse Associate - 1st shift

Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: East Flat Rock, NC 28726
Pay Rate: $17–$20 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (flexible)

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive, process, label, and store incoming shipments

• Inspect inventory for damage and document findings

• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records

• Organize and maintain warehouse space

• Prepare and package customer orders for shipment

• Record shipment arrival and departure times

• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts

• Assist with inventory control using hand-held scanners

Qualifications & Skills:

• Ability to lift 30+ pounds as needed

• 1+ year of warehouse or logistics experience preferred

• 1+ year of forklift experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail

• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and prioritize

• Basic computer skills

• Reliable daily transportation

• Team-oriented with good communication skills
