Overview


Were seeking a full-time Photographer & Videographer to join our creative team. This role will be responsible for producing high-quality photo and video content across a diverse portfolio of clients, as well as for internal use across multiple marketing agencies owned by the company. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller who thrives in fast-paced environments, is client-facing, and understands how to capture content that fuels modern marketing and advertising campaigns.


Location


Windsor, Colorado Must be local and available for on-site work, studio shoots, and client visits.


Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photos and videos for client campaigns, brand assets, social media, websites, and paid advertising.
  
  
• Plan, shoot, and edit a wide range of content including:
  
  
  • Brand photography
    
    
  • Corporate headshots
    
    
  • Various footage
    
    
  • Event coverage
    
    
  • Short-form social content (Reels, TikToks, etc.)
    
    
• Collaborate with creative directors, marketing strategists, and account managers to execute visual content aligned with brand goals.
  
  
• Maintain an organized digital asset library with clear labeling, versioning, and storage practices.
  
  
• Stay up to date on creative trends in digital storytelling and video/photo marketing.
  
  
• Travel locally for shoots as needed across various industries and clients.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 23+ years of experience in photography, videography, and editing (preferred).
  
  
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects a plus).
  
  
• Demonstrated experience with both studio and natural lighting setups.
  
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of photography and video styles.
  
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing needs.
  
  
• Strong communication skills and professional presence when interacting with clients.
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience in agency settings or multi-brand environments.
  
  
• Drone certification and experience with aerial footage.
  
  
• Graphic design or motion graphics skills.
  
  
• Experience creating UGC-style or influencer-style content for brands.
  
  

Work Environment

• Full-time, Monday - Friday. Will need to work on some weekends.
  
  
• Flexible hours with consistent availability for client needs and internal initiatives.
  
  

Compensation

• $21.50/hour
