Position Summary

At Quartet Senior Living Village located in Bettendorf, IA, you will play a crucial role in delivering impeccable service and creating memorable moments for our guests. You will be responsible for providing a high level of service, guiding guests through our menu, and ensuring a seamless Upscale Dining experience. If the chapters of your life story include caring for others and a dedicated work ethic, then we need you!! We have Part-Time (4pm-7pm) positions available, every other weekend availability required. Essential Functions, Key Duties, & Responsibilities

• Serve meals to the residents and set the table in the dining rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness of production areas including but not limited to vents, fryers, flattop, range, steamers, ovens, refrigerators, coolers, and storage areas.
• Bus dining room as needed and send dishes through the dishwashing machine.
• Wash pots and pans as needed.
• Put clean dishes away in appropriate places.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors as needed.
• Dispose of garbage appropriately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and procedures and any updates.

Position Requirements

Education: High School Diploma/GED, must be 16 years old

Licenses/Certifications: ServSafe certification if required

Experience: None required; 1+ years of dining services experience preferred

Skills & Abilities:

• Exceptional customer service skills
