Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Slovak-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with airline reservations, address inquiries, and resolve any booking-related issues effectively.

• Document customer interactions accurately to contribute to service improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential. You must ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated on your application.
