About this job
Inpro is seeking a skilled Electrician to install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and systems within our facilities. This role plays a critical part in ensuring safe, reliable, and code-compliant electrical operations across our buildings and equipment.
Hours: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in industrial and commercial buildings

Install conduit and piping to safely house electrical wiring and cables

Ensure all electrical work complies with applicable electrical codes, including NEC standards

Install, connect, and maintain circuit breakers, panels, and related electrical hardware

Connect electrical systems to power sources and verify proper functionality

Test and inspect electrical systems to ensure safe and efficient operation

Diagnose electrical issues and determine necessary repairs or replacements

Replace wiring, conduit, and circuit breakers as needed

Perform additional related duties as assigned
Required Skills & Abilities

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and safety practices

Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, test meters, and diagnostic equipment

Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
-
Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
Education & Experience
-
High school diploma or equivalent required

Completion of a formal electrical apprenticeship
-
Valid electrician's license required
-
Five or more years of relevant experience preferred
Physical Requirements

Ability to distinguish color-coded wiring
-
Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and climb ladders or scaffolding for extended periods

Physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduit
-
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
