What You'll Do:
- Rotate through departments: Corrugator, Printing, Finishing/Specialty, and Shipping
- Perform quality checks and assist with machine changeovers
- Operate conveyor systems and move materials efficiently
- Keep safety and teamwork at the heart of everything you do
What You Bring:
- A strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- A safety-first mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Good math skills and attention to detail
- Reliability - we count on you to show up and give your best
