Business Development Manager - SF

• Market Development: Identify, analyze, and capitalize on new market opportunities for our diverse product lines, including recombinant proteins, gene editing reagents, and cell therapy solutions.
• Lead Generation & Sales: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline by networking, attending industry conferences, and leveraging strategic outreach.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with researchers, scientists, and decision-makers in biotech and pharmaceutical sectors.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies.
• Client Engagement: Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Deal Negotiation: Drive contract negotiations and licensing agreements in collaboration with legal and senior leadership.
• Reporting & Insights: Provide regular updates on business development activities, market trends, and sales forecasts to senior management.

• Education: Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in biochemistry, molecular biology, biomedical sciences, or related fields.
• Experience:
  • 0-3 years of business development or sales experience in the life sciences industry.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on laboratory research experience in recombinant proteins, antibody discovery, biochemistry, or immunology.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of recombinant proteins, membrane proteins, and MHC technologies.
• Skills:
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse audiences.
