About the Role
Maleda Tech is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Acquisition Account Manager to help identify, pitch, and onboard high-quality local experiences within a major metropolitan market. This role focuses on sourcing unique activities, building strong partnerships with local hosts and businesses, and guiding new experiences through the full acquisition lifecycle.
You’ll work cross-functionally with creative, operations, and business teams to bring exciting new offerings to market, optimize early performance, and support hosts through their first months on the platform. Key Responsibilities

Source and develop high-quality local experiences through research, networking, and lead generation tools

Pitch value propositions to prospective hosts and partners, managing opportunities through the full acquisition funnel

Co-create experience concepts and support hosts with onboarding and early-stage optimization

Own a portfolio of partners, driving acquisition targets and performance outcomes

Support hosts during their first 3-6 months with pricing, merchandising, and growth best practices

Identify emerging cultural, hospitality, and entertainment trends within the local market

Collaborate cross-functionally to remove blockers and improve acquisition processes

Maintain accurate CRM data and deliver performance reporting and insights

Ensure all sourced experiences meet quality and brand standards
Qualifications

6+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, account management, acquisition, or related roles

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Strong understanding of local culture, food, entertainment, travel, and hospitality trends

Proven ability to build relationships and close partnerships

Experience using CRM and organizational tools (e.g., Salesforce, Airtable, or similar platforms)

Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

Results-driven with a track record of meeting performance goals

Strong collaboration and communication skills
