We are seeking candidates to fill a part- time Ground/ General Laborer position at our property, Lake of the Woods. This lovely community has 263 units and is situated in Mt Healthy, OH. This position is 20 hours per week.
Everyday tasks will include grounds maintenance. Such tasks include using a gas blower, power washer and small power tools. In addition, heavy trash removal in turn apartments and hallways. Daily trash pick up in laundry rooms and common areas.
Pay rate: $15-16 per hour

Requirements
Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED, Technical or Trade School
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Physical requirements: Able to lift 75 lbs. Able to climb ladders and steps. Applicants must be able to operate power equipment such as saws, drills. Must be able to operate door locks.
