The ideal candidate will evaluate and process Design Review applications, support Cluster Boards with updates to cluster standards, conduct field inspections for covenants-related concerns, maintain accurate communication records, and help ensure the fair and consistent application of RA standards. This role directly contributes to preserving the aesthetic character and long-term value of our community.

- Ability to perform the physical aspects of the role, such as walking properties, occasional climbing or kneeling, and lifting up to 25lbs.when needed.
- Ability to work effectively in a role that balances fieldwork and office work, moving between computer-based tasks and in-based tasks and in-person, community facing responsibilities.
- A valid driver’s license and good driving record.
