JOB TITLE: Summer Maintenance/Grounds Assistant

DEPARTMENT:  Maintenance

REPORTS TO:  Director of Facilities & Maintenance

Facilities Assistant

Job Description:  Assist in the cleaning and maintaining of buildings

Job Functions:

• Clean windows 
• Vacuum
• Mop floors
• Dust
• Complete any other general cleaning duties

Grounds Crew

Job Description:  Help maintain the grounds and keep the campus looking nice

Job Functions:

• Remove snow from the sidewalks
• Water and weed landscapes and flower beds
• Work to maintain athletic fields and sidewalks
• Mow and trim the lawns and sidewalk edges along the campus
• Trim hedges and prune trees around campus
• Assist in general clean up and maintenance of the campus
