Records & Item Processing Representative IIIThe pay range for this position is listed below. Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity.
Pay Range:
$24.20 - $35.09Scheduled Weekly Hours:
40- Provides training for new and existing team members in Document Management.
- Writes updates and disseminates standard operations procedures (SOP).
- Coordinates vendors’ activities to ensure equipment is working optimally and maintenance agreements are being fulfilled.
- Provides feedback relative to team member performance. Assists in the preparation of performance evaluations and coaching and counseling. Supervises team members in the absence of management.
- Operates and maintains all equipment within the department.
- Compiles statistical data and generates monthly reports to identify trends in monthly production volume and team member productivity.
- Assists management with schedules, distribution of work and monitoring progress to meet deadlines and ensure daily assignments are completed.
- Troubleshoots daily production problems and resolves day-to-day inquiries from internal and external team members. Responsible for researching and assisting team members with out of balance conditions pertaining to ITC, RDC, ATM, Mail and Remittance Processing thus reducing losses to the organization.
- Oversees the work of other team members by allocating and monitoring workflow. Performs work of a similar nature. Reviews and ensures all Document Management general ledgers are monitored and balanced in a timely manner.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements including but not limited to BSA regulations corresponding to their specific job duties. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary and other employment related actions
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3-5 years of previous related experience required
