Barista/Server – Café Between at Caption by Hyatt Nashville

Located in the heart of The Gulch inside the Caption by Hyatt, Café Between blends the energy of a neighborhood café with the rhythm of a hotel hotspot.
We’re looking for a Part-Time Barista/Server who’s more than a coffee maker — someone who’s part storyteller, part mixologist, and part day-brightener. If you love creating great drinks, good vibes, and genuine connections, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Craft espresso drinks, cold brews, and creative specials that make guests come back for more
- Welcome guests with warmth, personality, and conversation that feels authentic — not scripted
- Keep the café looking fresh, stocked, and ready to roll
- Team up with servers and bartenders to keep service flowing from morning through evening
- Be part of a culture that celebrates individuality, rhythm, and hospitality with heart
