Position Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Partner supports recruitment efforts by managing front-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and initial applicant screening. The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for building and sustaining a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and outreach to meet the organization’s staffing needs. This role focuses on identifying and attracting qualified candidates, strengthening the employer brand, and supporting a positive candidate experience through timely communication.
In addition, the Talent Acquisition Partner monitors pre-employment screenings and coordinates preboarding, onboarding, and new employee orientation activities to ensure a compliant and positive candidate-to-employee transition. The Talent Acquisition Partner serves as the primary point of contact for candidates during the early stages of the hiring process and plays a key role in supporting workforce stability and patient care by delivering timely, accurate, and compliant recruitment support.
A Day in the Life:
Partner with HR Partners and hiring leaders to understand staffing needs and support effective recruiting plans for assigned roles, including critical and hard-to-fill positions.
Execute full-cycle recruitment activities as assigned, including job postings, proactive sourcing/outreach, initial screening support, and coordination of interview logistics.
Drive proactive sourcing and pipeline development using multiple channels (referrals, networking, targeted outreach, social media, professional associations, schools/programs, community outreach, and events) to generate qualified candidate slates and sustain warm talent communities.
Support screening activities by reviewing applicants and coordinating with HR Partners and hiring leaders to advance qualified candidates using consistent, documented criteria as applicable.
Deliver an excellent candidate experience through clear and timely communication (process steps, timelines, and status updates), interview preparation support, feedback coordination, and consistent use of templates and process steps.
Draft, post, refresh, and optimize inclusive job advertisements and recruitment materials in Workday and other platforms; support recruitment marketing efforts (posting optimization, referral promotion, employer brand support, and event participation) to increase applicant flow.
Coordinate and monitor pre-employment and preboarding activities (e.g., reference checks/employment verifications as applicable, background checks, drug screens, and other screenings); communicate next steps and ensure accurate handoff into onboarding/orientation processes.
Maintain accurate, timely recruiting documentation and dispositioning in Workday/ATS/HRIS; maintain sourcing documentation; prepare and safeguard confidential documents and communications in accordance with compliance and process expectations.
About You!
This Job is For You if You Have:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of six (6) months of recruitment, talent acquisition, or general human resources experience.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and standard office equipment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent spelling, grammar, and document formatting.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and maintain confidentiality.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build collaborative, professional relationships at all levels of the organization.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and accuracy in all work products.
A Wow if You Have:
Two or more years of recruitment, talent acquisition or human resources experience.
Experience recruiting in a healthcare environment strongly preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS/ATS platforms.
