Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer and transfer incoming phone calls
• Minor clerical duties as assigned by Executive Director

Qualifications and Skills:

• Ability to organize, plan and work autonomously
• Education or experience sufficient to meet position requirements
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
• Ability to relate positively, effectively and appropriately with residents, families, community members, volunteers and other facility staff
• Possess special interest in, and a positive attitude about working with long-term care residents and the elderly
