Ready to put your CDL‑B to work for a mission that matters? At Viking, we create fire protection products that help keep people and property safe. For over 100 years, we’ve grown by doing things the right way—innovating, acting with integrity, and prioritizing safety.

Why You'll Love This Role
  • Purpose: Deliver finished goods that feed directly into customers’ installation work—at jobsites and shops.
  • Variety: Flatbeds, box trailers, boom crane, and truck‑mounted forklift/Moffett—no two days are the same.
  • Ownership: You’ll inspect your truck, manage logs, secure loads, and handle documentation start to finish.
  • Team: Work closely with warehouse, fabrication, and branch operations leaders who value your input.
What You'll Do
  • Load, secure, and drive company vehicles in compliance with licensing and DOT regulations.
  • Use maps or written directions to reach customer locations reliably and on time.
  • Evaluate site conditions and unload safely; obtain signatures for all deliveries.
  • Operate boom crane and other truck‑mounted equipment as needed; Moffett experience is a plus.
  • Complete daily vehicle inspections and maintain required driver logs.
  • Be available for early mornings, nights, or weekends as delivery schedules require.
  • Lift, stage, and prep materials, crates, and boxes for shipment.
  • Load and unload pipe and materials from flatbed and box‑type trailers using available equipment.
  • Follow company policies and support additional tasks assigned by warehouse lead, fabrication manager, or branch operations manager.
What It Takes
  • CDL‑B with equipment certifications (crane, industrial truck).
  • 6+ months in a commercial driving role.
  • Basic keypad/keyboard proficiency; RF/barcoding familiarity helpful.
  • 1 year thriving in a multitask, time‑sensitive environment.
  • Comfort with arithmetic using whole numbers and decimals.

  • Paid Vacation and Holidays

Bring your CDL and commitment to safety to a place where every delivery supports installations that protect lives.
