Responsibilities

Service Excellence: Ensure high standards of service are maintained by providing timely responses and solutions to client inquiries and concerns.

Account Management: Manage existing client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and continued policy renewals.

Sales Growth: Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.

Market Knowledge: Stay informed on the latest insurance products and market trends to offer clients informed advice.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to strategize and achieve business goals.


Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance is a plus.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
