As a mid-level Software Engineer at INDICE, you will join our experienced Service Delivery team and work as an integrated member of a leading bank’s IT department, contributing to the development and evolution of enterprise-scale banking systems. You will help deliver secure, high-performing software solutions that support core financial operations and comply with regulatory and industry standards. In this role, you will work on modern, API-based architectures and distributed systems, using paradigms such as Request-Response, Messaging, and Event-driven design. You will be expected to apply strong problem-solving skills, communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders, and manage priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position follows a hybrid working model, combining remote collaboration with regular on-site presence to strengthen teamwork, alignment, and delivery success.
This position can be fullfilled through a 50-50 hybrid model. We strongly suggest some weekly office presence in order to better understand the company's values, boost cooperation and morale.
Requirements
- Proficient in C# with experience in developing Windows Forms applications.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
- Knowledge of event-driven programming and custom control creation.
- Expertise in building performance-sensitive Web APIs using ASP.NET Core.
- Familiarity with RESTful API design principles and best practices.
- Experience with middleware, dependency injection, and asynchronous programming.
- Proficient in writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Strong understanding of database design, normalization, and indexing.
- Experience with SQL Server and performance tuning.
- Experience in developing interactive web applications using Blazor.
- Understanding of component-based architecture and state management.
- Familiarity with tools and technologies such as Visual Studio, Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps, SQL Server
- Management Studio (SSMS), .NET Core, Entity Framework Core, .NET Framework, xUnit, NUnit,
- Postman for API testing, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- DevExpress knowledge will be considered a plus.
5 - 8 years of prior experience in similar technologies is required for this position.
